Arrive, settle in, and begin the retreat experience by getting to know your fellow travelers on this journey. Enjoy delicious food and refreshing beverages as you mingle and share stories with wonderful company. This is a time for connection, relaxation, and setting intentions for the days ahead.

Begin the day with a peaceful morning meditation, followed by a gentle yoga flow and breathwork to ease you into the day. At noon, join us for an energizing Power Yoga session, then explore the beauty of mantra practice. As evening falls, we’ll gather for a powerful fire ceremony, releasing what no longer serves us and welcoming in healing intentions.

Start the morning with a mindful hike, incorporating breathwork and light yoga to connect deeply with nature. The afternoon is yours to enjoy — whether that means indulging in a bit of retail therapy, relaxing by the pool or hot tub, or exploring the lush 7-acre grounds. End the day with a peaceful sound bowl restorative yoga session, allowing the calming vibrations to wash over you and guide you into restful stillness.

We’ll gather one last time for light movement and breathwork, gently closing our sacred circle. With hearts full and spirits lifted, we’ll prepare to embark on our next journeys, carrying the peace and connection we’ve found here into our daily lives.
