Yes!  Holistic Healing Counseling is in network with BCBS, Sanford Health Plan, NDMA, MHCP and Tricare. 

*** Sanford True and can be accepted however you must get a referral from your Primary Care Provider prior to scheduling an appointment with us.

Questions to ask your insurance provider:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a copay/coinsurance? If so, what is the amount?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Are CPT codes 90837, 90834, and 90791 covered?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

While we do not participate with all health care providers, many insurance companies offer “out of network” mental health benefits. Most insurance plans with out-of-network benefits will reimburse you 60-90% of our fee when you submit a claim. 

Please note that we make no guarantees about the level of reimbursement from your insurance company.

Please check with your insurance company prior to the first session to determine if seeing an outpatient therapist at our office qualifies for reimbursement. We can provide receipts (Superbills) that will assist with the reimbursement process.

Holistic Healing Counseling offers individual counseling and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.

During your first session with Holistic Healing Counseling, your therapist will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counseling. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process.

A counseling session with Holistic Healing Counseling typically lasts for 50-55 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
