Helping others and supporting their mental health has always been a deep passion of mine. I am dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working toward meaningful change.
I graduated from Bellevue University in June 2024 with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Throughout my professional experience, I have had the privilege of working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, as well as at-risk youth. Through this work, I have supported individuals in processing trauma and developing tools to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and other challenges more effectively.
My approach to therapy is integrative and trauma-informed, recognizing that every individual’s experiences and needs are unique. I utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am trained in EMDR and IFS and incorporate these approaches when appropriate. I also utilize somatic techniques to help clients develop greater awareness of the connection between the mind and body and how emotions and stress can be experienced physically.
I have a particular interest in working with first responders and have completed training focused on supporting military service members and their families. I strive to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that honors each client’s unique experiences.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, and believe therapy can be beneficial at any stage of life. It is an honor to walk alongside clients as they work toward greater self-understanding, healing, and overall wellness.
